With the nation in financial crisis, U.S. Representative Barney Frank (D-MA) was a leading co-sponsor of the 2010 Dodd-Frank Act, the biggest overhaul of the financial regulatory system since the Great Depression. What have the reforms accomplished, and what can be done now?
