Shou-Ming Chang is a Ph.D. candidate in economics at the Graduate Center and an adjunct lecturer at Hunter College. Before pursuing his Ph.D., he worked as a legislative assistant at Taiwan’s Parliament and earned an LL.B. from National Taiwan University. His research is centered on law and economics, and on public economics, and the intersection of these fields with macroeconomics. He employs axiomatic, dynamic, and game-theoretic approaches to study related research questions.
