Junior Scholar

Paisley Shultz is a doctoral student in industrial-organizational psychology. Her research focuses on socioeconomic equality in the workplace, employee reactions to technological change, and equitable hiring practices. Her master’s thesis examined the motives and deterrents of pay disclosure among coworkers. Shultz teaches undergraduate courses in the psychology of motivation and learning. Outside of academia, her applied experience spans personnel selection and assessment, leadership development, and employee engagement across a range of private and public organizations.
