The Stone Center Working Paper Series gathers and disseminates original papers that address socio-economic inequalities. These working papers are authored or coauthored by scholars who work with the Stone Center on Socio-Economic Inequality. The authors include:

Like the work of the Center as a whole, working papers are data-driven, interdisciplinary, methodologically diverse, and policy-oriented. They address a broad array of questions about inequalities throughout the world.

Papers in the series include works in progress and pre-publication versions of articles. Many of these papers will be subsequently published in journals or in authored and edited volumes. When they are, we will make updated citations available.

In addition to appearing on the Stone Center’s web site, working papers will be archived at SocArXiv, an online server for the social sciences, which is, as are we, dedicated to the proliferation of open science. Working papers will also be archived to RePEc through SocArXiv.
