Janet Gornick, in this presentation for the Stone Center’s 2020 “Inequality by the Numbers” virtual workshop, presents an overview of resources available through LIS, the cross-national data archive. She summarizes LIS’ structure and services, describes the data and explains how to access them, and closes with an empirical presentation illustrating the scope and flexibility of the data. Gornick is the director of the Stone Center on Socio-Economic Inequality and a faculty member at the Graduate Center, CUNY.
